He takes great pride in working hand-in-hand with clients, as he helps them articulate their goals and objectives.
As an independent financial advisor, Scott is able to place client needs front and center. Incorporating current and future family needs in long-range planning is a key component for multi-generational financial success, as well as for coping successfully with the aging process. How life changes as we age has an important impact on our financial outlook, and while money is a key component of a successful retirement, having the luxury of quality time with friends and family is an important factor in the enjoyment of most people’s daily lives. Because of this, Scott focuses on pre- and post-retirement planning, estate planning and investment wealth management.
Scott also focuses on the implementation of financial planning into employee benefit programs, and has worked with many large corporations, assisting executives and employees with their planning needs for more than 30 years. He currently belongs to the Society of Financial Professionals as well as the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care. Scott’s mission is to use his considerable talent and know-how to make a difference in the lives of his clients, working hard to ensure they are not faced with outliving their financial reserves due to lack of effective and comprehensive planning.
Scott lives in Glastonbury, CT with his wife, Patricia and their two daughters. As an active participant in community activities, Scott supports a number of local charities and church-sponsored initiatives. He coached the Glastonbury travel soccer league, has been a longtime supporter of the local DARE program, served on the Gala Fundraising Committee at the CT Children’s Hospital, and is also a member of the Boys and Girls Clubs in Hartford. He enjoys golf, tennis and believes strongly in physical (as well as fiscal) fitness.
